SABBATH SERVICES DECEMBER 19
Sermon: Mark Mickleson (audio only)
"Growing Up In The Kingdom"

This sermon was given by Mark Mickleson on Youth Day at the '09 Feast in Bend, Oregon.

Young people now growing up in the Church have access to the Creator God now‹today! In a very real sense, they are already living in His Kingdom. Don't be deceived that this world holds the better choices‹it doesn't! And do not be misled by some of your peer group in the Church‹they don't have the answers!.

You are being called to a wonderful and unlimited future in the Kingdom of God. Take advantage of that!

Avoid needless suffering by putting the knowledge you are blessed with to work in your life today. Listen to God and follow His instruction. That is the wise and smart thing to do!

SABBATH SERVICES DECEMBER 12
Split Sermon: Fred Kellers, Pastor (Audio Only)
"Coveting or Contentment"

Enjoying physical blessings certainly isn't wrong. But, why is it so difficult to be content? Especially in our materially blessed nation, it seems that no matter how much we are blessed, many still desire to acquire more and more.

Satan started this attitude when, not being content with his high position, wonderful wisdom, beauty and musical talent, he began to covet the very throne and position of God Himself. And Satan influences humans with this same selfish attitude.

Fred Kellers shows in this sermon the need for Christians to develop the character of being content with Godliness. If we do this, God will bring us into his kingdom knowing we will never become another Satan.

SABBATH SERVICES DECEMBER 12
Split Sermon: Russell Shelton (Audio Only)
"Turning The Hearts Of The Fathers To The Children"

Malachi:4:5-6 states, "Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD. And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, And the hearts of the children to their fathers, Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.˛

Russell Shelton shows that the fulfillment of this prophecy has always been God's desire and His goal. From the time He instructed Israel to diligently teach the love of God to their children, to the Millennium when He will write His laws in their hearts, He tells us that He will bring about this loving relationship between human families and between humans and their Heavenly Father.

Before that day comes, we, as Christians, must now be diligent in teaching and showing God's love to our children and grandchildren.

SABBATH SERVICES NOVEMBER 21
Sermon: Tim Franke (Audio Only)
"Joshua's Way Is The Only Way"

Just what do the exploits of ancient Israel's armies have to do with modern day Christians in winning our battles and overcoming sin? Much in every way.

1 Corinthians:10:11 tells us, "Now all these things happened unto them for examples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come."

Israel had succeeded under Joshua's example of reliance on and obedience to God. After his death, Israel gained the lands that God had promised, but at great difficulty and expense. Eventually, they ended up losing them! Where did they go wrong?

They failed to follow God's instructions all the way. They compromised. They took short cuts, they thought. They were not diligent to totally rely on God and follow exactly the plan He had laid out for them.

These examples sound a clear warning for us as Christians today. We must learn to put on the whole armor of God and follow the Captain of our salvation, Jesus Christ.

SABBATH SERVICES NOVEMBER 14
Split Sermon: Arvid Simmons (Audio Only)
"To Us It Has Been Given"

Isaiah:42:21 states, "The LORD is well pleased for His righteousness' sake; He will magnify the law, and make it honorable."

This split sermon gives many examples of how Jesus Christ, rather than doing away with the Law of God, magnified its meaning and spiritual application. For example, He showed that not only is it a sin to commit physical murder, but it is sin to harbor thoughts of hatred toward another person.

SABBATH SERVICES NOVEMBER 14
Split Sermon: Fred Kellers (Audio Only)
"Number Your Days"

Psalm:90:12 states, "So teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom."

Just what does it mean to number your days? When we realize that none of us has unlimited time and, in reality, we are not even promised a tomorrow, it behooves all of us to focus on Godly things in our life. Do those things now‹today! Don't put these things off, for, as Jesus said, "The night comes when no man can work!"

SABBATH SERVICES NOVEMBER 7
Sermon: William Beech (Audio Only)
"Love Each Other As I Have Loved You"

As Christians, Jesus tells us we must grow beyond the commandment to love our neighbor as ourself. We must come to have that perfect love He has for us. How can we ever hope to do that?
